Angela Chen has been the Head of Brand and Marketing at LINE Taiwan since January 2019. She is responsible for leading her team to launch effective brand and marketing initiatives that bring Taiwan’s users closer together, under LINE’s corporate mission of “Closing the Distance.” Prior to joining LINE, Angela has over 20 years of experiences in the tech industry, at companies like Microsoft, Nokia, Yahoo!, and Gogoro, where she specialized in product marketing, product management, go-to-market, strategic planning, and business operation. Angela has also served in the consulting sector at management consultancy Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte) and brand consultancy firm Red Peak Asia as Head of Strategy. Angela has an MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a BS degree from National Taiwan University.
